Premium is a subscription to server-side gameplay conveniences on our Counter-Strike: Source deathmatch server. We do not sell, grant, modify or falsify any Steam items, inventory, profile, rank or Valve account feature.

1. What you’re buying

A recurring subscription that enables gameplay perks (e.g. faster respawn, additional loadout options, adjusted health/speed/ammo) for your SteamID on our server. Perks are listed on our site and may be adjusted for balance or technical reasons at any time.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the “Manage subscription” portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable UK VAT where required.

3. Refunds

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. As access is granted immediately, the 14-day cancellation right may not apply once the service has been used, except where the service is faulty. Contact us for genuine issues and we’ll be fair.

4. Fair use & conduct

No cheating, exploiting, harassment or attempts to disrupt the server. The same standard applies on the community forums: no abuse, spam, advertising or illegal content — we may remove posts and suspend forum or server access for breaches. We may suspend or terminate access (with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period at our discretion) for breaches. VAC remains enabled; Valve’s anti-cheat and server guidelines apply.

5. Availability

This is a hobby/community server offered “as is”. We don’t guarantee uptime and may change or discontinue it. If we permanently shut down the premium service we’ll cancel active subscriptions and stop further billing.

6. Relationship to Valve

ChalkyCat Ltd is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Counter-Strike: Source is a Valve trademark. We operate within Valve’s server operator guidelines to the best of our understanding and will adjust or stop the premium offering if asked to.
