What we store

• SteamID64 — your public Steam identifier, used as the key for your premium status.
• Subscription status & expiry, and Stripe customer / subscription IDs.
• In-game stats (kills, XP, playtime and your in-game display name) shown on the public leaderboard, keyed to your SteamID64.
• Forum content — threads and posts you write, keyed to your SteamID64. Deleted posts are hidden from the site but retained for moderation records.

We do not store your name, email or address — Stripe handles payment details and we never see your card data. Steam sign-in uses OpenID; we only receive your SteamID64.

How we use it

Solely to grant your premium perks in-game and let you manage your subscription. The game server checks your premium status over an authenticated API that returns only a yes/no and an expiry — no personal data is sent to the game server.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention & your rights

We keep subscription records while your account is active and as required for accounting. You may request deletion of your record (this ends premium) by emailing us. UK GDPR rights apply.
